My office is on the 17th floor of the South Tower of U.S. Bank Plaza (the Google map insists on pointing to the Capella University building. U.S. Bank Plaza is on the other side of 6th Street).

There are street entrances at 2nd Avenue and 6th Street and at 3rd Avenue and 5th Street (the light rail also runs on 5th Street).

Be sure to go to the skyway level to take the elevator to my office (the elevator on the street level only goes to the North Tower of U.S. Bank Plaza).

Driving Directions:

From the South: Take 35W North. Stay to the left when you see the signs for the downtown exits. When the highway ends, you will be on 5th Avenue South. Parking can be found at the red ramp between 7th Street and 6th Street, connected to the skyway 2 blocks east of my office.

From the East (St. Paul): Take I-94 West to the 11th Street South exit. Continue on 11th Street South and take a right (North) onto 3rd Avenue South. U.S. Bank Plaza will be on your left as you cross sixth street. Turn right on 6th Street and drive 2 blocks to the red ramp at 5th Avenue South.

From the West: Take 394 East to the 6th Street South exit. Stay on 6th Street South heading East. You will see U.S. Bank Plaza on your left as you cross 2nd Avenue. Continue to drive 2 blocks on 6th Street to the red ramp at 5th Avenue South.

From the North on 35W: Take 35W South to the Washington Avenue exit. Turn right (West) onto Washington Avenue. Continue on Washington Avenue to 3rd Avenue South. Take a left (South) onto 3rd Avenue South. You will see U.S. Bank Plaza on your right as you cross the train tracks at 5th Street. Turn left on 6th Street and drive 2 blocks to the red ramp at 5th Avenue South.

Parking. Sorry, I cannot validate your parking. The lowest cost options are the surface lot on 3rd Avenue between Washington and 3rd Streets ($4.00 for 2 hours; $7.00 for over two hours) or the meters on the east side of 5th Avenue, which are only $1.00 / hour. Both locations are about 2 blocks from my office.
